How Fight Tournament Software handles your data (UK GDPR).

Who we are: Fight Tournament Software is a free, charity-run Muay Thai platform. We are the data controller for the information described below, and can be reached at info@fightts.com.

What we collect: the details you provide at registration — name, date of birth, contact email, and fighter information (gym, weight, record, etc.).

Why: to run your fighter profile, show event listings and calculate rankings. We do not sell your data or show ads.

Public visibility: your fighter profile (name, gym, class, record) appears in the public directory. Your email, date of birth and exact weight are never shown publicly.

Under-18s: registrations for under-18s require parental/guardian consent.

Cookies: we use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers: some data is processed on our behalf by carefully selected providers (website hosting, database, email delivery and spam protection) under agreements that safeguard your information. Data is stored in the UK/EEA.
